HIPA

The Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (“HIPA”) is an economic development organisation responsible for investment promotion. Our goal is to enable and facilitate the realisation of foreign direct investment (“FDI”) projects in Hungary and to integrate local enterprises in the international value chain of foreign investors. We provide management consultancy services to our clients in the area of site selection, state aid and supplier development.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out investment promotion activities, management consultancy services focusing on selected industries
• Identify clients’ strategic needs
• Follow-up with investors to support their investment project during the entire project lifecycle (including implementation and after-care phase)
• Resolve matters or questions related to investment projects with the assistance of the investment promotion team of HIPA
• Participate in site visits in Hungary
• Administrative and reporting duties based on internal and external requirements

Qualifications, skills and experiences:

• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-focused and client oriented
• Good analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Able to work under time pressure and being pro-active
• Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills in English)
• Team oriented, able to work independently and keen on travelling through Hungary
